Shibui Toddler Sneak Peek: Fleur

Last, but never least, we have Fleur. This yoke-necked pullover, complete with deep waist ribbing, has a single hidden pocket. Worked in two colors of Shibui Merino Worsted, this sweater once again makes use of some easy knitting techniques. Fleur (like all of the projects in Shibui Toddler) is worked with virtually no seams, and the colorwork is simplified using slip stitches, so only one color is worked at a time. The unique colorwork pattern provides a fun transition between the contrast color, the main color and back again. The single pocket is tucked inside the waist ribbing, perfect for hiding those precious little treasures.

This concludes our preview of all the garments in Shibui Toddler, I hope you enjoy making them all as much as I enjoyed creating them! Be sure to check out the project pages on Ravelry, and queue your favorites, as the book is scheduled to ship out in the coming weeks. Thanks....and Happy Knitting!
