Our next booklet, Shibui Heichi, goes to the printers tomorrow!  Suffice it to say that we're all quite excited and would like to share our enthusiasm.  So we've decided to release a preview of each of the nine patterns every week until TNNA in mid-January.

The first preview, shadow, is the cover piece and will be appearing in the next Yarn Market News.  Shown in Tar, this fashionable vest can be knit with 10 - 15 skeins of Heichi.  Intended to be oversized for creating folds and pleats for a variety of different looks, we played with the sample and came up with at least a dozen different ways to wear it (maybe that should be the subject of an upcoming post...).  Inspired by the drapey and highly adaptable outwear that's been on the runways the last two seasons, shadow is definitely a ensemble-making garment that will attract attention wherever you wear it.

Anyway.  The pattern is now in the ravelry database (in case you, like us, want to put it in your queue!) and a preview of the booklet will be appearing on our website this week is up on our website.  Until next time, happy knitting!
